How it works

Before the competency interview

Build your CV! A good resume means a big advantage in practice. If you feel insecure, go to a Career Consultation or a Mock Interview, where you can improve your CV. In addition to your CV, prepare a cover letter for the position you choose yourself - depending on where you want to go.

Sign up for a Competence Interview in the form below. Insert your prepared CV and motivation letter into the form. The consultant will arrange a specific date with you individually via e-mail. The length of the interview, including feedback, is 50 - 90 minutes.

Nothing is wrong, it is just a test

Do not forget that the Competence Interview is about verifying your competences - whether you can present them, whether you can argue, react under pressure. Nothing is wrong, it is just a test. Basically, it is a game where you try out the whole process in a safe environment. Always ask for feedback and tips on what to do better, how to do it, what works (or whatever you can think of).

When you pass the competence interview successfully

If your self-presentation is OK for us, you will receive a certificate and a medal, which will be reflected in your profile in the k+ portal!

Both of this is a confirmation that you have the foundation of your portfolio ready and know the basics of self-presentation.

Such a confirmation is a valuable proof of your proactivity for employers.

What does the Career Center medal look like?

We will assign you the medal in the k+ portal, where it is visible especially to employers. In the picture, you can see how the medal will look on your profile - at first glance, it will distinguish you from others, which can be useful.

What does the Career Center certificate look like?

You will receive the certificate in PDF and you can attach it to your CV or LinkedIn.
